We are a rapidly growing EdTech and service-based organization specializing in the domain of Healthcare Data Science. Our core mission is to bridge the gap between academic theory and industry practice by offering high-impact training programs, courses, and academic collaborations.

We proudly collaborate with prestigious institutions across India, including DY Patil University (Navi Mumbai), Acharya Narendra Dev College (Delhi University), and Fergusson College (Pune).

Key Responsibilities

You will be a core part of our growth team, driving both digital presence and academic partnerships:

• Digital Campaign Execution: Manage and execute social media and Meta-based paid campaigns to significantly boost brand presence and program reach.
• Lead Generation & Conversion: Proactively generate leads for our training programs, courses, and academic collaborations, and successfully convert leads through timely communication and follow-ups.
• Content & Social Media Management: Create engaging content (posts, reels, stories) using tools like Canva/CapCut/Adobe Express and manage day-to-day activity across the company's social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn).
• Academic Outreach: Conduct targeted outreach and partnership initiatives with universities and colleges across India to secure new academic collaborations.
• Coordination & Reporting: Coordinate event logistics (webinars, campaigns) with marketing and academic teams, and consistently track and report on campaign performance and lead status.

Qualifications & Skills

We value practical skills and initiative over formal degrees. A formal degree is NOT mandatory. Candidates from any academic background with genuine interest are encouraged to apply.

Required Skills:

• Digital Marketing Knowledge: Understanding of major platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn), Meta Ads, lead generation strategies, and familiarity with basic CRM/tracking tools (e.g., Google Forms).
• Content Creation: Proficiency in creating engaging visual content, reels, and stories; strong visual storytelling and ability to align content with brand tone.
• Communication & Outreach: Excellent verbal and written English communication skills are essential. Confidence in professional interactions with students and institutional representatives.
• Analytical & Organizational: Basic understanding of social media analytics (interpreting engagement metrics) and an organized approach to managing calendars and lead lists.
• Personal Interest: A self-starter with a creative mindset and a strong interest in the Healthcare, Data Science, and EdTech domains.
