Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs)

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Reach out to people via 

  WhatsApp, social media, or personal contacts

   to talk about our design services
• Share helpful information and answer basic questions to help potential clients understand what we offer
• Send regular 

  KIT (Keep In Touch)

   messages to keep leads warm and engaged
• Organize and update lead data in a simple 

  CRM or Google Sheet

• Collect contacts from places like phonebooks, social media, or real estate pages/groups
• Try to get 

  referrals

   even if someone says they’re not interested
• Report daily updates: who you reached out to, how they responded, and your next steps

Who Can Apply (Qualifications):

• Students or recent graduates from any background — especially those studying:
• Marketing / Communications
• Business / PR / Media
• Or anyone with strong interest in people & outreach
• Good at talking to people and writing friendly, clear messages
• Comfortable using 

  Google Sheets, WhatsApp Web

  , and simple tools
• Self-driven and organized — you’ll be working independently, but with full support when needed
• No previous experience required — we’ll guide you!
