Responsibilities Call and follow up with potential leads to explain our programs and encourage enrollment. Maintain a record of calls, responses, and conversions in a structured format. Share program details via WhatsApp, email, or text to interested prospects. Collaborate with the marketing team to refine communication strategies based on feedback. Occasionally support content posting on social media (basic captions, stories, etc.). Help build and maintain relationships with leads by staying professional and enthusiastic. Qualifications Strong communication skills – clear, friendly, and persuasive on calls. Comfortable speaking to new people daily and handling rejections positively. Basic knowledge of using WhatsApp, Excel/Sheets, and social media platforms. Self-driven, punctual, and eager to learn and improve. Prior experience in sales or calling (even in college events or student clubs) is a bonus, but not required.
