Marketing & Outreach Associate

Role Summary

We’re hiring a Marketing & Outreach Associate to help us accelerate brand visibility, lead generation, and outreach campaigns. This is a remote, full-time role (India-based) ideal for someone who is creative, organized, and passionate about marketing strategy and community engagement.

You’ll work closely with our founder and creative team to manage social content, lead cold email campaigns, and support marketing automation workflows.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, manage, and schedule social media content (Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter) using tools like Buffer, Hootsuite, or Canva
• Build and execute cold email/LinkedIn outreach campaigns using Apollo, Instantly, Mailshake, or similar platforms
• Write compelling short-form content: captions, bios, email subject lines, landing page blurbs
• Maintain and update outreach CRM or Google Sheets; track open/click/reply rates
• Assist in creating basic case studies, client one-pagers, decks, and email newsletters
• Collaborate with the founder and design team on weekly campaigns
• Research hashtags, audience trends, competitors, and outreach lists

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in marketing, outreach, or community engagement
• Strong interpersonal and written communication skills
• Proven ability to create engaging social content and perform outreach with confidence
• Familiarity with cold outreach tools (Apollo, Instantly, Mailshake) and graphic tools (Canva, Figma, etc.)
• Experience in customer service or community engagement is a strong plus
• Ability to work independently, manage tasks remotely, and collaborate across time zones
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
