Marketing Operations Manager

As the Marketing Operations Manager at Samtec, Inc, you will play a crucial role in advancing Graphic Design, new product marketing, and communication strategies for both current and upcoming products to effectively promote Samtec's product range. Your responsibilities will include: - Capturing and disseminating internal resource information - Coordinating cross-functional marketing projects such as product launches and campaigns - Maintaining seamless work process flows with related departments - Collaborating with the Director of Marketing Communications to develop strategic communication plans You will also manage projects and support the event manager in planning and executing marketing events like tradeshows, user conferences, and direct marketing efforts. Your ability to coordinate cross-functional teams for event-related tasks under tight deadlines and budgets will be essential. Additionally, you will oversee the development of communication materials by collaborating with internal teams. Other key responsibilities include creating dashboards and reports to measure program effectiveness, participating in process improvement initiatives, and building relationships with internal and external stakeholders to enhance future events and marketing efforts. Qualifications required for this role: - Minimum 5 years of experience in Marketing, Advertising, or Marketing Operations - At least 3 years of experience in managing marketing automation systems in a B2B environment - 5+ years of experience in planning and executing tradeshows and events - Deep understanding of B2B marketing and experience in software or high-tech marketing - Strong analytical skills, proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Project, and PowerPoint - Excellent communication skills and conflict resolution abilities - Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Advertising, or Business Please note that the responsibilities provided above offer a general overview of the role, and additional tasks may be assigned based on individual strengths and capabilities.
