About the Role

Marketing Operations Manager

Bonus:

Key Responsibilities

• Own and manage

  HubSpot

  for campaigns, workflows, and list segmentation
• Support

  lead lifecycle management

  and

  nurture programs

• Ensure data accuracy and actionable insights through

  Salesforce CRM

  integration
• Oversee

  event automation

  ,

  campaign reporting

  , and

  database compliance

  (e.g., GDPR)
• Drive

  A/B testing

  , optimize campaign ROI, and align global/regional marketing efforts

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong, hands-on experience with

  HubSpot

  (or similar marketing automation platforms)
• Working knowledge of

  Pardot

  and

  Salesforce CRM

• Analytical, detail-oriented, and highly collaborative

• B2B marketing

  experience, ideally in

  SaaS

  or

  global organizations

Preferred Qualifications

• HubSpot certifications

  or advanced platform expertise
• Familiarity with

  marketing analytics tools

  (Google Analytics, Tableau, Salesforce dashboards)
• Understanding of

  GDPR

  ,

  CAN-SPAM

  , and other compliance frameworks
• Experience with

  project management tools

  (Wrike, Asana, or Monday.com)
• Background in marketing support for

  enterprise software
