Job Title: Marketing Operations Manager Location: Chennai, India Experience: 4–6 years (open to up to 10 years for highly relevant profiles) Industry: B2B Technology Services, Custom Software Development, Product Engineering Department: Marketing Employment Type: Full-Time Role Overview We are seeking a well-rounded Marketing Operations Manager who can drive performance across key digital marketing channels and support lead generation efforts in a high-growth, B2B tech environment. While the focus is on marketing operations, we welcome candidates with a digital marketing background who bring hands-on expertise in email marketing, account-based marketing (ABM), LinkedIn marketing, and lead generation. This role is ideal for professionals who can blend strategy with execution, work cross-functionally, and bring process discipline to marketing workflows. Experience in mentoring or leading a small team will be considered a strong advantage. Preferred Profile Experience: 4–6 years in digital marketing or marketing operations, preferably in B2B settings. Industry Background: Custom Software Development Product Engineering Services IT Services and Consulting Tools & Skills: Hands-on with HubSpot, Google Analytics, Click Up, or equivalent tools Strong knowledge of LinkedIn campaigns, email marketing, ABM, and outbound strategies Experience in SEO, content marketing, and funnel management Clear communicator with ability to work cross-functionally Strong analytical skills and results-oriented mindset Leadership: Experience in mentoring or leading a small marketing team is a plus.
