Now, Adarsh Early Learning & Educare is entering an exciting growth phase by launching a new preschool business unit. We are hiring a full-time professional to join our team and work closely with the directors to build and scale this venture.

This is NOT a typical marketing role.
You will not be limited to routine promotional tasks or sales targets. Instead, you will work directly with the directors, contributing to marketing strategy, branding, operations, and execution. This role gives you real exposure to business building, innovation, and entrepreneurial decision-making.

Role Overview

As a Marketing & Operations Executive, you will play a dual role — driving marketing initiatives to build brand visibility and supporting operations to ensure smooth execution as we scale our preschool business unit. You will be involved in both strategic planning and hands-on execution, making this a well-rounded growth role.

Key Responsibilities

• Work with the directors to design and implement marketing campaigns (digital and offline) for the preschool business.
• Build brand presence through social media management, content creation, and local marketing initiatives.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and opportunities.
• Coordinate promotional activities, events, and partnerships to enhance visibility.
• Manage daily operations, including vendor coordination, staff support, and process optimization.
• Track performance metrics of marketing campaigns and operational activities, providing insights for improvement.
• Prepare reports, business documentation, and presentations for leadership review.
• Take ownership of cross-functional tasks that contribute to scaling the business effectively.

Who Should Apply

We are looking for individuals who bring both creativity and operational discipline:

• Education: Graduate/Postgraduate in Marketing, Management, Communications, or related fields.
• Experience: 1–3 years in marketing, operations, or business development roles (freshers with strong skills may also be considered).
• Skills:
• Strong communication & presentation skills.
• Knowledge of digital marketing, social media, and branding.
• Problem-solving and organizational abilities.
• Mindset: Creative, self-motivated, adaptable, and eager to work in a dynamic, startup-like environment.
