Marketing & Operations Executive

Role Overview: As a Marketing & Operations Executive, you will play a crucial role in managing asset deployment and recovery to ensure operational efficiency and adherence to company standards. Your attention to detail and proactive approach will be key in coordinating asset movements and resolving operational issues effectively. Key Responsibilities: - Coordinate the deployment of vehicles to designated locations or clients according to the schedule. - Ensure proper documentation and verification procedures are followed during asset handover and return. - Conduct regular asset tracking, audits, and inventory updates using internal systems. - Manage and resolve operational issues related to asset allocation, functionality, or damage. - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth and timely execution of deployments. - Monitor asset usage and ensure compliance with company policies. - Organize and supervise the recovery of assets from clients or field locations as needed. - Maintain accurate records of deployment, recovery, and asset condition. - Prepare reports on asset movement, utilization, and operational status. - Support other day-to-day operational activities as assigned by the management. Qualification Required: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Operations Management, or a related field. - 1-3 years of experience in operations, logistics, or asset management would be preferred. - Strong organizational and coordination skills. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and familiarity with asset management tools. - Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities. - Ability to work independently and efficiently handle multiple tasks. - Willingness to travel or work on-site as required.,
