Job Title: Junior Marketing & Operations Executive (Field + Marketing)

Job Summary

FixItGo is a fast-growing home services startup expanding rapidly across Rajasthan.
We are looking for a dynamic and energetic individual who can handle on-ground marketing, operations support, service provider onboarding, and field execution effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute on-ground marketing activities (posters, pamphlets, locality campaigns)
• Conduct promotional activities in apartments, societies, markets, and colleges
• Coordinate with the digital marketing team for campaigns
• Meet and onboard service providers onto the FixItGo platform
• Explain subscription plans and convert service partners
• Monitor daily bookings and assist with operations
• Prepare city-wise daily/weekly performance reports
• Support and manage field interns when required

Requirements

• Education: MBA / BBA / B.Com / BA / Any Graduate
• Fresher or up to 2 years experience
• Comfortable with field work and on-ground activities
• Strong communication and convincing skills
• Confident, energetic, and self-driven personality
• Basic knowledge of Google Sheets / Excel
• Must own a smartphone

Benefits

• Fixed Salary: ₹8,000 – ₹15,000 (based on interview & skills)
