Job Summary We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Marketing Executive who will work completely under the guidance of the Director. The role involves acting as a key point of contact between the Director and employees on the floor, coordinating marketing and sales activities, and handling both marketing and administrative responsibilities to support the Director effectively. Roles & Responsibilities (R&R) · Work directly and entirely under the Director and provide end-to-end support in marketing and coordination activities. · Act as the single point of contact (POC) between the Director and employees on the floor, ensuring smooth communication and follow-ups. · Coordinate and schedule all sales and marketing meetings of the Director, including preparation and follow-up actions. · Liaise with the marketing team for lead generation activities, marketing campaigns, and promotional planning. · Coordinate preparation, ordering, and management of marketing collaterals such as brochures, flyers, and letterheads. · Handle basic administrative tasks including ticket booking, vendor coordination, and other support activities as required by the Director. · Assist the Director by gathering required information, conducting online research (Google), and presenting concise insights or reports. · Ensure timely execution of tasks assigned by the Director and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information. · Support internal coordination to ensure alignment between sales, marketing, and administrative functions. Required Skills & Competencies · 3–5 years of relevant experience in marketing coordination, executive assistance, or a similar role. · Strong communication and interpersonal skills. · Good coordination and organizational abilities. · Basic knowledge of marketing processes, lead generation, and promotional activities. · Ability to handle administrative responsibilities efficiently. · Proficiency in internet research and information gathering. · High level of professionalism, flexibility, and willingness to support the Director as needed. Experience & Qualification · 3–5 years of relevant experience in marketing, coordination, or executive support roles. · Any Graduation is mandatory. Preferred Attributes · Ability to multitask and work under pressure. · Proactive, reliable, and solution-oriented mindset. · Strong follow-up and time management skills.
