Job Description

Position: Marketing & Operations Associate

We are looking for a proactive Management Trainee to support daily operations, assist in ongoing projects, and work closely with leadership across marketing, operations, outreach, and content functions.

Key Responsibilities

Support project coordination, reporting, data tracking, and operational tasks.
Assist with website updates (service pages, SEO, schema) and marketing initiatives.
Execute Instagram/WhatsApp marketing, reel content ideas, PPTs, and email campaigns.
Manage data extraction, database cleanup, bounced/dead lead sheets, and monthly lead reports.
Coordinate with POCs, alumni, partners, and external agencies.
Work on strategic tasks like DPIIT application, Authority Builders content, Design in India page, and international collaboration support.
Handle administrative tasks including letter coordination, hygiene sheets, and daily follow-ups.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree (Business/Management preferred)
Strong communication, analytical thinking, and multitasking ability
Proficient in MS Office; quick learner with a proactive approach

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
