Marketing & Operations Associate chennai 0 - 4 years INR 3.5 - 6.0 Lacs P.A. Remote Full Time

Responsibilities Marketing (Primary 60%) Manage and grow our social media presence (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube). Create and edit posts/reels (using Canva, CapCut, or similar tools). Track analytics (engagement, growth, reach) and prepare weekly reports. Research trends and suggest content ideas to grow brand visibility. Operations (Secondary 30%) Assist with website creation and updates using no-code tools (Webflow, Wix, Carrd, WordPress, etc.). Training and support will be provided if you are new to these tools. Coordinate procurement of items for ongoing projects, including placing orders, tracking deliveries, and managing returns with vendors (e.g., Amazon, suppliers). Source items online when needed for projects. Maintain tracking systems for orders, expenses, and vendor communications. Admin (Tertiary 10%) Support with light administrative tasks (scheduling, documentation, research). Maintain SOPs and process documentation for repeatable tasks. Be ready to take on new tasks in marketing, operations, or other areas as the company evolves. What Were Looking For Proven experience in social media marketing (must show past work/portfolio). Strong communication and written English skills. Fast learner with the ability to quickly adapt to new tasks and responsibilities. Open-minded and eager to learn new tools, processes, and areas of the business as we grow. Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks independently. Problem-solving mindset: not just execution, but initiative to suggest improvements. Bonus: Experience with Canva, CapCut, Google Sheets, and project management tools (Trello/Asana). Preferred: Interest or prior experience in building websites using no-code tools (Webflow, Wix, Carrd, WordPress, etc.). Even if you havent done this before, having the drive to learn quickly is valuable. Growth Path This is not just a support role. We are hiring for potential and long-term growth : Year 1: Marketing & Operations Associate (execute + document processes). Year 2: Marketing & Ops Manager (own campaigns, oversee assistants/freelancers). Year 3+: Head of Marketing & Operations / Chief role (lead the department, strategy, and team as the company scales).
