Role Description This is a full-time on-site Marketing Officer role at IBS, located in Delhi, India. The Marketing Officer will be responsible: 1- Organising and conducting BTL activities in Colleges and Coaching Centres. 2- Generating leads for MBA Admissions. 3- Converting leads in to Applications and Admissions. 4- Achieving Sales and Admissions Target. 5-Building and developing Relationships with the UG colleges and coaching centres. 6- Generating referrals from existing applicants and Admissions. 7- Conducting Market research and competitor analysis. 8-Managing Applicantion and Admission process. 9-Data and Lead Management 10- Organising and Conducting sessions for students and Parents counselling. Qualifications Min 2+ years of experience in sales and business development (Education industry preferred) Bachelor's Degree from a recognised university or institutions. A sale & Marketing professional with a track record of Target achievement. Strong Communication abilities. Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Taking responsibility and accountability of his assigned target. Salary Depends on interview and previous salary. Range from 3 LPA to 5 LPA.
