Marketing Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies for PEB projects and solutions
• Identify new markets, customers, and business opportunities across PAN India
• Coordinate with design, and project teams to support business development
• Plan and execute digital marketing, branding, exhibitions, and promotional campaigns
• Generate leads through online platforms, industry networks, and channel partners
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer trend studies
• Prepare marketing budgets, reports, and ROI analysis, Quotations/Specifications.
• Manage marketing agencies, vendors, and promotional materials
• Strengthen brand positioning in the PEB and steel structure market

Key Skills & Competencies

• Strong understanding of

  PEB / Steel Structure marketing, Techno Commercial skills in Steel Industry

• Experience in

  B2B marketing

  , project-based sales support
• Knowledge of tender, client presentations, and proposal support
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools, CRM, and MS Office, CAD Drawings
• Ability to travel extensively across India

Qualification

• MBA / PGDM in Marketing or equivalent
• Engineering background (Mechanical / Civil) preferred

Experience

• 6–8 years of relevant experience in

  PEB / Infrastructure / Steel industry

• Proven track record in lead generation and market expansion
