Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Marketing Manager to lead our digital marketing and growth initiatives. This role involves strategizing and executing SEO, content marketing, paid campaigns, social media, partnerships, and AI/chatbot integration to build brand authority and drive customer acquisition.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies focused on the unlisted shares and financial services sectorConduct keyword research and optimize website content for SEO to improve organic search rankingsManage content creation including blogs, social posts, videos, and downloadable resources to engage and educate investorsHandle paid marketing campaigns using Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and retargeting strategiesManage social media channels, community engagement on platforms like LinkedIn, Twitter, WhatsApp groups, and TelegramCollaborate with developers for ChatGPT integration and AI-driven customer interaction toolsAnalyze marketing metrics, prepare performance reports, and recommend strategy adjustments

Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Finance, or related field3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in financial services, fintech, or investment platformsStrong SEO skills (on-page and off-page), with experience using SEO tools and Google AnalyticsExpertise in content marketing, social media strategy, and marketing automation (email, WhatsApp campaigns)Familiarity with online advertising platforms (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads) and retargeting techniquesKnowledge of unlisted shares or financial markets is highly desirableExperience with AI/chatbot tools or willingness to learnExcellent communication, project management, and analytical skillsSelf-motivated with ability to work independently and as part of a small team
