Qualification:

• MBA in Marketing / Mechanical / EEE / Diploma / BE / Any Degree

Experience:

• Minimum 10 years of experience in marketing, business development, or sales, preferably in industrial / manufacturing / engineering sectors.

Job Summary:

The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing plans to achieve the company’s business objectives. This role involves managing brand positioning, market research, lead generation, digital marketing initiatives, and coordination with the sales and product development teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing and business development strategies.
• Identify new market opportunities, customer segments, and business channels.
• Manage and enhance the company’s brand image through consistent communication and promotional activities.
• Conduct market analysis, competitor benchmarking, and industry trend research.
• Plan and execute marketing strategies, exhibitions, product launches, and promotional events.
• Collaborate with sales, design, and production teams to align marketing goals with business targets.
• Prepare and manage marketing budgets and monitor ROI on marketing activities.
• Maintain strong customer relationships and gather feedback for product improvement.
• Prepare reports and presentations for senior management on marketing performance.

Skills & Competencies:

• Strong marketing strategy and planning capabilities.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Knowledge of CRM systems.
• Ability to work independently and manage a marketing team.
• Strong technical understanding (preferred for Marketing / Mechanical / EEE background).
• Creative thinking and analytical problem-solving ability.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
