Purchase (B/O) Executive

We’re looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Purchase (Back Office) Executive to support our procurement team with order processing, vendor coordination, and documentation management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process purchase orders, quotations, and requisitions accurately and on time.
• Coordinate with vendors for order confirmations, delivery timelines, and updates.
• Maintain and update procurement records, databases, and inventory logs.
• Assist in vendor onboarding, documentation, and compliance checks.
• Follow up on deliveries, pending orders, and ensure timely receipt of goods.
• Support invoice reconciliation and coordinate with the accounts department for payments.
• Prepare daily/weekly procurement reports and summaries for management review.
• Monitor stock levels and assist in reordering supplies as needed.
• Liaise with internal departments to ensure procurement needs are met efficiently.

Required Qualifications:

• Any Degree / Diplamo / BE (EEE/MEC)
• 2-3 yrs Experience

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
