Service Co-ordinator

As a Service Coordinator, you’ll ensure that service operations run smoothly from start to finish. You’ll schedule service appointments, dispatch technicians, communicate with customers, and make sure every detail is handled with efficiency and care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for service requests and inquiries.
• Schedule and dispatch technicians or service teams based on priority, availability, and location.
• Coordinate with customers to confirm appointments, gather necessary information, and provide updates.
• Maintain accurate records in service management software (e.g., CRM, ERP, or scheduling systems).
• Communicate with internal departments (sales, operations, logistics) to support service delivery.
• Prepare reports on service performance, customer feedback, and technician utilization.
• Handle escalations or urgent issues with a calm, solution-focused approach.
• Support billing or invoicing processes related to service work, as needed.

Required Qualifications:

• Diplamo / BE MEC
• 4-5 yrs Experience / Freshers

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
