Job Description

Key Responsibilities

1. Social Media & Digital Marketing

  • Manage daily posting, content calendar, and engagement across social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube).
  • Coordinate with creative and design teams for content assets.
  • Support in planning and optimizing paid digital campaigns (Meta / Google).
  • Track campaign analytics and prepare monthly performance reports.

2. Trade Marketing & BTL Activations

  • Plan and execute BTL promotions, cinema tie-ups, and experiential activations.
  • Develop and manage trade marketing collaterals, POSM, and partner branding.
  • Coordinate permissions, logistics, and vendor execution.
  • Track ROI and post-campaign evaluation reports.

3. Design & Communication Development

  • Prepare creative briefs for agencies and designers.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all communication touchpoints.
  • Support in copywriting, tagline ideation, and campaign messaging.

4. Photography & Video Content Coordination

  • Plan, brief, and coordinate photoshoots or short-form video content for campaigns and social media.
  • Manage editing timelines and approvals for reels, testimonials, and event coverage.
  • Maintain an updated content library for marketing use.

5. Vendor & Agency Management

  • Identify, onboard, and manage creative, event, and print vendors.
  • Negotiate rates, track deliverables, and ensure timely execution.
  • Maintain vendor performance and cost-efficiency reports.

6. Partnerships, Barters & Brand Alliances

  • Identify collaboration and barter opportunities with brands, media, and institutions.
  • Manage deliverables and ensure mutually beneficial outcomes.

7. Event & PR Support

  • Assist in organizing media events, press interactions, and brand launches.
  • Coordinate with PR agencies for story placements and coverage.

8. Reporting & Coordination

  • Maintain a comprehensive tracker of all marketing activities.
  • Prepare presentations, MIS, and reports for leadership reviews.
  • Coordinate across internal teams to ensure campaign alignment.

Desired Skills & Competencies:

  • Experience in

    movie marketing, trade marketing, or media activation

    preferred.
  • Strong understanding of

    social media and digital marketing tools

    (Meta Business Suite, Google Ads, Canva, etc.).
  • Good creative eye for design, content, and copy.
  • Strong communication, coordination, and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficient in

    MS PowerPoint, Excel, and reporting

    .
