We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Marketing Manager with a strong background in the Polymer and Lubricant industry . Key Responsibilities :- 1. Develop and implement marketing strategies for polymers and lubricants to drive business growth. 2. Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor activities. 3. Manage and expand the company's product portfolio in line with market demand. 4. Coordinate with the sales and technical teams to support customer acquisition and retention. 5. Establish and nurture relationships with key clients, distributors, and industry stakeholders. 6. Monitor marketing performance metrics and prepare regular reports for senior management. 7. Participate in industry events, exhibitions, and trade shows to enhance visibility. Requirements:- 1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Chemical Engineering or related fields. 2. Minimum 1 year experience in marketing polymers and lubricants. 3.In-depth understanding of the polymer and lubricant market, including key products and applications. 4. Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Monday to Friday Ability to commute/relocate: Ludhiana, Ludhiana, Punjab: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required) Work Location: In person Application Deadline: 31/05/2025
