Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Planning & Execution
Develop annual and quarterly marketing plans aligned with business objectives.
Identify market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to shape strategies.
Plan product launches, promotions, and branding initiatives.
Brand Management
Build and maintain a strong brand identity across all channels.
Ensure consistency in communication, advertising, and corporate messaging.
Enhance brand positioning through events, sponsorships, and digital platforms.
Campaign Management
Design, execute, and monitor integrated marketing campaigns (digital, print, outdoor, events).
Collaborate with sales teams to create demand generation activities.
Measure ROI and campaign effectiveness, optimizing strategies as needed.

Market Research & Analysis
Conduct market surveys, competitor benchmarking, and customer satisfaction studies.
Identify new market opportunities and customer segments.
Provide data-driven insights for decision-making.
Team & Budget Management
Lead, mentor, and develop the marketing team.
Manage marketing budgets effectively to maximize ROI.
Coordinate with vendors, agencies, and external partners.
Collaboration & Business Development Support
Support the sales team with marketing materials and lead-generation tools.
Work with product and service teams for customer-focused offerings.
Represent the company in exhibitions, trade fairs, and networking events.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
