We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented individual to join our team as a Corporate Gifting Representative(Marketing Manager). In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth through the promotion and sale of corporate gifting solutions to businesses. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, a deep understanding of the corporate gifting industry, and excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Responsibilities:
1. Handling inquiries to get quotations from the vendor and closing it by generating the purchase orders from Sales Team.
2. Coordinating and negotiating with vendors to get the most cost effective rate & timely delivery.
3. Preparing sales proposals for the clients based on their respective requirements.
4. Utilizing excel to keep the dashboard off inquiries, quotation, purchase orders, vendor information & payments & logistic management.
5. Researching new prospective brands and affricating with them for new business.
Skills Required:
1. Strong knowledge and understanding of corporate gifting trends, best practices, and industry dynamics.
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence decision-makers.
3. Strong negotiation and closing skills, with a demonstrated ability to drive sales and achieve
revenue targets.
4. Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a proactive and results-driven approach.
5. Ability to work as a team, manages time effectively, and prioritizes tasks in a fast-paced for sales person.
6. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PPT)
7. Flexibility to travel as required meeting with sales person for clients & industrial meetings.
8. Should have good PR skills.
