Job Description

Profile : Marketing Manager (Experiential + Digital) Experience: 4–7 years in marketing roles (preferably in events, D2C brands, F&B, lifestyle, or entertainment) Profile & Skills Must-Have Qualities: Creative & Strategic: Can ideate engaging campaigns but also measure ROI and optimize performance. Brand Builder: Understands brand voice, tone, and aesthetics especially for a lifestyle/experiential brand. Event-Marketing Experience: Knows how to fill seats, build anticipation, and make every event feel like an “occasion.” Social-First Thinker: Instagram and Reels should be second nature and Experience with influencer campaigns. Execution-Strong: Comfortable rolling up sleeves whether its managing ticketing platforms, coordinating creatives, or working with partners. Technical/Functional Skills: Performance marketing (Meta, Google) Email marketing & CRM (Mailchimp, Klaviyo, etc.) Canva/Photoshop or design tools familiarity Marketing automation and analytics tools (GA4, Meta Business Manager, etc.) Event ticketing platforms (Insider, BookMyShow, etc.) Basic copywriting skills Key Responsibilities 1. Brand & Content Marketing - Shape the Sunset Cinema Club brand identity across social media, email, website and offline. -Lead creative direction for campaigns, stories, and event-specific marketing. -Manage content calendar and oversee design/copy (with internal or freelance team). 2. Event Marketing -Build city-wise launch/playbook strategy for each event i.e. from teaser to last-ticket- push. -Partner with local influencers, micro-creators, and communities to drive buzz. -Optimize visibility across ticketing platforms (BookMyShow, Paytm Insider, etc.). 3. Performance & Growth - Manage paid campaigns for ticket sales (Meta, Google, etc.) and track ROAS. - Own ticket sales funnels end to end: ads → landing page → conversion. - Build retention strategies: email, WhatsApp, referral programs. 4. Partnerships & Collaborations - Source and close co-branding deals, F&B collabs, or local venue partnerships. - Pitch marketing collabs to aligned brands (D2C, OTT, lifestyle, etc.). 5. Insights & Reporting - Regular reporting on campaign performance, customer behavior, ticket sales, and audience insights. - Translate insights into actionable improvements for future events.
