Job Description

  • Job Summary:

The Marketing Manager will be responsible for planning and executing marketing strategies to promote the company’s manufacturing products, expand market reach, and support sales growth. The role focuses on market research, branding, business development support, and coordination with the sales, production, and design teams to ensure customer satisfaction and business expansion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote the company’s products in domestic and international markets.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new business opportunities and product trends.
  • Prepare marketing materials such as product catalogues, technical brochures, and presentations.
  • Coordinate with the sales and production teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Plan and manage participation in trade fairs, exhibitions, and industry events.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, dealers, and key customers.
  • Manage digital marketing activities — website, social media, SEO, and online campaigns.
  • Monitor market performance, customer feedback, and prepare regular marketing reports.
  • Support new product launches and promotional campaigns.
  • Manage the marketing budget and ensure cost-effective execution of marketing activities.

Qualification & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing / Business Administration / Engineering.
  • 2– 5 years of experience in marketing within a manufacturing or industrial company.
  • Strong knowledge of B2B marketing, industrial product promotion, and channel management.
  • Experience in handling trade exhibitions and dealer/distributor networks.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and digital marketing tools (Google Ads, SEO, LinkedIn marketing, etc.).
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
