The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that enhance brand visibility, drive engagement, and contribute to business growth. Key Responsibilities Develop, implement, and manage marketing campaigns with a strong focus on social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.) Monitor and analyze performance metrics to optimize content and campaign strategies. Create engaging and relevant content for digital channels. Coordinate with design and content teams to ensure consistency in brand communication. Manage social media accounts, including posting, responding to comments, and growing followers organically. Conduct competitor analysis and stay updated with industry trends to identify new marketing opportunities. Collaborate with internal departments to align marketing strategies with business objectives. Plan and manage offline marketing initiatives, events, and promotions as needed. Key Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field. Proven experience in marketing, with a strong emphasis on social media. Proficiency in social media tools, digital analytics platforms, and content creation. Strong communication, analytical, and project management skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously. Creative mindset with a strong understanding of current marketing trends and technologies.
