Marketing Manager

We are looking for a results-driven Marketing Manager with proven experience in the real estate and construction industry, to lead marketing efforts and generate qualified leads for our residential and commercial projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aimed at lead generation and brand visibility
• Plan and manage digital campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO/SEM) to drive quality inbound leads
• Design and implement offline marketing initiatives including brochures, hoardings, site branding, and exhibitions
• Identify and manage advertising on real estate portals (99acres, MagicBricks, Housing, etc.)
• Build and maintain relationships with channel partners and brokers to increase referral leads
• Organize property launches, open houses, and customer engagement events
• Work closely with the sales team to track lead conversions and optimize campaigns
• Monitor and report on performance metrics, campaign ROI, and competitor activities
• Manage CRM tools and ensure timely follow-up of leads through automation and remarketing
• Coordinate with agencies, designers, and media for timely execution of marketing deliverables

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
