We are looking for an energetic and strategic Marketing Executive to promote our real estate projects and drive qualified leads. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in real estate marketing, strong digital skills, and a deep understanding of buyer behavior in the property market. Key Responsibilities: Plan and execute marketing campaigns for residential and commercial real estate projects. Generate leads through both online and offline marketing strategies. Create and manage content for digital platforms (website, social media, email campaigns). Coordinate with external agencies for advertising, SEO, photoshoots, videos, and branding. Organize site visits, property expos, and customer engagement events. Maintain marketing collaterals like brochures, hoardings, signage, and presentation decks. Collaborate with sales teams to align campaigns with sales objectives and provide lead data. Track performance of campaigns and generate regular reports. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field. 2–5 years of experience in real estate marketing or similar sector. Knowledge of local market trends and customer preferences. Proficiency in digital tools (Google Ads, Meta Ads, CRM, basic Canva or design tools). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
