Marketing Manager

Smile Global Travels is looking for a creative and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead our marketing campaigns, build brand awareness, and increase client engagement across all our branches. The ideal candidate should be passionate about travel, skilled in digital marketing, and experienced in handling both B2C and B2B promotional strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote tour packages, visa services, and franchise opportunities.
• Manage social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn) with regular content posting, stories, reels, and engagement activities.
• Coordinate with design and content teams to create posters, brochures, and videos.
• Plan and execute paid ad campaigns on Google, Instagram, and Meta.
• Organize offline promotions, events, and franchise exhibitions.
• Work closely with HR and Sales to understand market demand and design targeted campaigns.
• Monitor and analyze marketing campaign performance and generate regular reports.
• Maintain brand consistency across all branches and materials.
• Support franchise partners with marketing tools, templates, and guidance.

✅ Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
• Minimum 2–4 years of experience in digital or travel marketing.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools, analytics, and trends.
• Creativity in content ideas, reels, and ad design.
• Proficiency in Canva, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, MS Excel, and marketing CRMs.
• Excellent communication and team coordination skills.
