We are seeking a dynamic Marketing Manager to lead our branding, admissions, and outreach efforts. Key Responsibilities: Strategy & Planning: Develop and execute 360° marketing strategies for school growth, branding, and admissions. Design and manage lead generation funnels and marketing campaigns aligned with school goals. Digital Marketing: Manage social media, SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and email campaigns. Track ROI and analytics of online campaigns using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, etc. Offline Marketing & Branding: Organize school events, seminars, education fairs, and open houses. Coordinate branding materials like brochures, hoardings, radio ads, newspaper inserts, and school merchandise. Admissions & Lead Management: Collaborate with the admissions and sales team to ensure lead conversion. Implement CRM systems for inquiry follow-up and parent engagement. Partnerships & Community Engagement: Build strong relations with tuition centers, corporates, local influencers, and parent communities. Promote referral programs and community campaigns. Key Requirements: Bachelor's/Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field. 4–8 years of proven experience in marketing (Education sector experience is a plus). Strong knowledge of digital tools like Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, Canva, CRM software, etc. Excellent communication (English & Hindi) and interpersonal skills. Creative mindset with analytical ability to measure performance and adjust strategies. Self-driven, proactive, and outcome-oriented.
