With a stronghold on the evolving pop culture and music landscape, REPRESENT aims to build global careers for Indian talent.This is both a creative and leadership role, managing a cross-functional in-house marketing team and interfacing directly with artists, platforms, partners, and collaborators.

We're looking for a Marketing Manager who can lead always-on artist marketing and music release campaigns across a diverse talent roster. This role is perfect for someone who lives and breathes culture, has a deep understanding of Gen Z + millennial audiences, and knows how to launch songs, scale stories, and grow artist brands.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and execute brand + audience development strategies for roster artists.
  • Oversee social and digital content strategy in collaboration with the creative/content team.
  • Identify partnerships, viral moments, influencer and community strategies to expand artist fandom.
  • Lead creative brand positioning for each artist based on career stage and vision.

Song & Campaign Marketing

  • Own and lead full-stack campaigns for song/album/EP rollouts
  • Develop launch timelines, media strategies, and roll-out plans with PR, media, creative
  • Collaborate with artist teams, labels (if applicable), and DSPs to execute impactful launches

Innovate with platform-led campaigns (e.g., Instagram, Spotify Canvas, YouTube Shorts, etc.)

Team Leadership

  • Lead and manage a small but high-functioning team across:
  • DSP / TV / Radio Relations
  • PR & Communications
  • Partnerships & Brand Collaborations
  • Digital Media Strategy & Buying
  • Be the connective tissue between creative, commerce, and comms


What You Bring

  • 6–10 years of music/entertainment/brand marketing experience (preferably talent-first)
  • Proven track record of launching successful music or creator campaigns
  • Strong leadership skills—able to guide teams and manage high-stakes relationships
  • Deep understanding of the Indian and global youth culture landscape
  • Platform-native thinking (YouTube, Spotify, Instagram, Moj, Snap, etc.)
  • Bonus: relationships with DSPs, music media, influencers, brands, or TV/radio
