Job Description

Role Summary

We are urgently seeking a dedicated and well-organised

Marketing Manager

to oversee the crucial

Outdoor Advertisement

initiatives for our property projects, manage key supplier relationships, and conceptualise/execute marketing events. Experience within the Real Estate sector is highly advantageous, though not mandatory. This is a high-impact role requiring strong organisational skills and the ability to manage the operational aspects and

branding of our sales offices and project sites.

Candidates available for immediate start are strongly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

  • Site Branding, Outdoor Advertisement & Supplier Management (Primary)
  • Manage the end-to-end execution of all Outdoor Advertisements, specifically tailored for new and existing property launches and projects.
  • Oversee the fabrication, placement, and maintenance of project-specific outdoor assets, including hoardings, site signage, construction wrapping, and directional signage.
  • Act as the primary contact for all advertising and marketing suppliers/vendors crucial for site and project branding.
  • Coordinate rigorously with suppliers to ensure timely and high-quality installation, maintenance, and execution of all physical marketing materials.
  • Generate and manage internal documentation, including Service Orders (SOs) and Purchase Orders (POs), for all supplier-related expenditures.
  • Marketing Events & Activities
  • Conceptualise, plan, and execute key marketing events such as project launches, site opening ceremonies, channel partner meets, and roadshows.
  • Manage event logistics, budgets, and on-site coordination to ensure successful outcomes that drive lead generation.
  • Manage various other general marketing support activities required for sales promotion.
  • Sales Office & Facility Management
  • Ensure the operational efficiency and impeccable presentation of all sales offices, experience centres, and corporate marketing facilities.
  • Oversee facility management aspects, ensuring offices are consistently branded, fully maintained, and up-to-date in terms of necessary resources, display models, and presentation materials.

Requirements

Required Candidate Profile

  • Proven experience in a Marketing role, with a focus on physical branding, Outdoor Advertisement management, and facility/site management.
  • Experience in the Real Estate or a related industry (e.g., construction, facility management, retail development) is a strong advantage.
  • Demonstrable experience in planning and executing marketing events focused on sales or lead generation.
  • Exceptional organisational skills, project management abilities, and keen attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills for effective supplier and internal stakeholder management.
  • Ability to work under pressure, manage high-priority tasks, and meet strict deadlines.
