• Execute integrated marketing plans aligned with business, demand-generation, and audience needs. • Build marketing programs that support brand visibility, thought leadership, and pipeline contribution.

Social Media & Content

• Plan and manage content across LinkedIn, X, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and emerging platforms. • Leverage social channels for brand building, leadership visibility, and measurable pipeline impact. • Monitor trends, competitor activity, and platform updates to optimize content and campaigns. • Ensure brand consistency and adherence to corporate guidelines. • Support social listening, community management, and platform governance. • Improve SEO strength within social content through stronger structure, headlines, and hashtag logic.

Performance & Analytics

• Track, measure, and analyze social and PPC performance; share insights that guide decisions. • Create dashboards for detailed analytics and business reporting. • Apply digital marketing thinking to test formats, targeting ideas, copy approaches, and selective boosts.
• Study analytics and convert trends into weekly and monthly action plans. • Track B2B competitors and share relevant insight notes.

Email Marketing & Campaigns

• Execute EDMs, funnel marketing, TOFU programs, newsletters, and campaign communications. • Manage workflows for product updates, events, customer communication, and launches.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Partner with sales, ESG, HR, and leadership teams on campaigns and launch communication. • Work closely with content, design, product, and regional teams to deliver aligned, timely posts.

ORM & Platform Management

• Support ORM through active monitoring, risk identification, and routing queries to internal teams. • Manage PPC campaigns across paid social to improve reach, engagement, and qualified demand.
