. The role involves supporting the Head of Marketing in implementing regional promotional activities, events, and campaigns to strengthen the Proton brand presence and customer engagement.

Job Summary

The Marketing Manager will plan, coordinate, and execute marketing initiatives and promotional campaigns in the assigned region, ensuring alignment with corporate marketing strategies and brand objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute regional promotional campaigns, events, and product activations.
• Coordinate with advertising and event management agencies for campaign execution.
• Support dealer-level marketing and local branding activities.
• Monitor competitor activities and market trends to identify business opportunities.
• Prepare periodic marketing reports and provide insights to the Head Office.
  

Qualifications And Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the automotive or consumer goods sector.
• Experience in event management, promotions, or brand coordination preferred.
  

Key Skills And Competencies

• Strong coordination and organizational abilities.
• Excellent event management and execution skills.
• Creative mindset with good communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple regional activities.
