Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Offer Marketing Manager to lead the go-to-market strategy for a portfolio of our service offerings. This role sits at the intersection of offer marketing, solution positioning, and commercial enablement. You will own the end-to-end launch readiness and ongoing lifecycle marketing of selected services—working closely with Sales, Delivery, Account Management, and the broader Marketing team to ensure our offerings are relevant, competitive, and compelling in the market.
This role is ideal for someone who has successfully marketed IT services, digital transformation solutions, or enterprise technology offerings and is comfortable balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution. Key Responsibilities
Go-to-Market Strategy
Develop and execute comprehensive GTM plans for assigned service offerings.
Define target audiences, buyer personas, value propositions, and positioning differentiators.
Conduct competitive analysis and market sizing to identify opportunities and white space.
Offer Readiness & Launch Enablement
Partner with Delivery, Sales, and Practice Leads to define offering structure, pricing narrative, and messaging.
Lead launch planning, timelines, and readiness across departments.
Create and maintain internal playbooks, sales enablement materials, and training content.
Content & Collateral Development
Produce high-impact marketing assets including pitch decks, solution briefs, case studies, landing pages, email sequences, and sales content.
Ensure messaging is consistent, compelling, and aligned with InApp’s brand and value proposition.
Support demand generation teams with offer-aligned campaigns and content assets.
Sales & Revenue Alignment
Collaborate with Sales and Account Management to understand customer needs, objections, and win/loss insights.
Measures offer adoption, messaging effectiveness, and launch success metrics.
Continuously refine positioning and collateral based on feedback and performance.
Market Intelligence
Track industry trends, customer challenges, technology advancements, and relevant sector insights.
Regularly assess competitors and benchmark InApp pricing, capabilities, and positioning. Qualifications & Experience
Required:
10+ years of experience in Product Marketing, Solution Marketing, Offer Marketing, or similar roles in IT services, enterprise SaaS, software consulting, or technology services.
Proven track record of leading go-to-market activities for technology offerings.
Strong understanding of IT buyer behavior across enterprise, mid-market, and/or fast-growing tech segments.
Excellent communication, storytelling, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Ability to handle both strategy and execution independently. Preferred:
Experience marketing digital transformation, AI/ML, software engineering, cloud, or enterprise IT services.
Familiarity with sales methodologies such as Challenger, MEDDIC, or Solution Selling.
Experience supporting global sales teams and multi-market launches.
