Marketing Manager

We’re looking for a dynamic and creative Marketing Executive/Manager who can bring Syona’s vision to life through impactful campaigns, collaborations, and on-ground engagement. The role involves both digital and offline marketing, community outreach, and event promotion.

Key Responsibilities

• Brand Promotion: Plan and execute innovative marketing campaigns aligned with Syona’s identity and theme.
• Social Media Management: Manage Instagram, Facebook, and WhatsApp promotions; create engaging content and stories.
• Community & Event Marketing: Promote café events like art workshops, karaoke nights, corporate meets, and wellness sessions.
• Collaborations: Partner with brands, artists, and influencers for cross-promotions and themed events.
• On-ground Marketing: Manage local tie-ups, banners, glow-sign promotions, and collaborations with nearby offices or groups.
• Customer Engagement: Drive repeat footfall through creative loyalty programs and personalized communication.
• Content Coordination: Work with designers/photographers to create promotional creatives and short videos.
• Performance Tracking: Measure campaign results and suggest data-driven improvements.

Preferred Skills

• Strong understanding of social media & café/event marketing.
• Good communication and creative copywriting skills.
• Familiarity with design tools (Canva, Meta Ads, or similar).
• Ability to think creatively within limited budgets.
• Basic photography/videography knowledge is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹11,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
