Role Overview: We are looking for a passionate, people-first Guest Experience Manager to be the face and energy of Syona. This is a leadership role for someone who thrives in a warm, engaging atmosphere and can manage all on-floor activities, ensure delightful guest experiences, and supervise smooth day-to-day operations. 💼 Responsibilities: Be the primary point of contact for all guests, ensuring a warm, personalized welcome and consistent high-quality service. Oversee daily operations of the café floor including guest seating, ambiance management, music, event setup, and cleanliness. Coordinate with kitchen, service, and support staff to ensure seamless service and guest satisfaction. Curate and manage guest experiences — from music sessions to book readings or art corners — aligning with Syona’s brand of soulful engagement. Handle basic administrative tasks such as daily reports, bookings, POS tracking, and supplies coordination. Manage guest feedback with empathy and professionalism to continuously improve the space. Ensure the café maintains its serene, creative, and inclusive atmosphere at all times. Support social media moments by coordinating content-worthy interactions and helping the media team capture real experiences. ✅ Requirements: Prior experience in hospitality, café/lounge management, or customer-facing lifestyle brands. A warm, approachable, and positive personality with excellent communication skills. Strong multitasking ability with an eye for detail — from table layout to playlist mood. Leadership and team coordination skills — able to manage all on-ground staff smoothly. Passionate about community spaces, creative experiences, and mental wellness.
