Job Description

Role Overview: As a Marketing Manager - Medical Device at WhiteCrow, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing marketing strategies for the promotion and growth of the medical devices portfolio. Your responsibilities will include defining target markets, identifying targeted healthcare professionals" specialties for each medical device, leading launches of new medical devices, collaborating with stakeholders, managing marketing budgets, participating in conferences/trade shows, training sales teams, developing content for digital marketing, and achieving/surpassing sales targets. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement marketing strategies for the promotion and growth of the medical devices portfolio. - Define target markets, identify targeted healthcare professionals" specialties for each medical device, and create positioning and messaging for each device. - Lead launches of new medical devices by coordinating with OEMs, regulatory bodies, developing launch plans, engaging Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), preparing promotional materials, and sales enablement tools. - Collaborate with stakeholders such as OEMs, regulatory bodies, BU Head MD & D, Sales, Finance, etc., to align marketing strategies with device divisions" goals. - Manage the P & L (marketing budget) of each Medical Device to optimize ROI. - Participate in various conferences/trade shows to engage KOLs and generate support for the sales team. - Work in the field alongside sales teams to identify customers" needs, analyze competitors" strategies, and adapt marketing strategies accordingly. - Conduct training sessions for sales teams, Application Specialists, and external trainers when required. - Develop content for digital marketing through social media, email campaigns, website, etc., and measure the effectiveness and ROI of digital campaigns. - Achieve/surpass the sales targets for each medical device. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Biomedical Engineering, and masters in marketing management. - In-depth knowledge of the medical device industry. - Proven track record in developing and executing marketing strategies for medical devices. - Expertise in launching new medical devices and lifecycle management. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills, analytical skills, and presentation skills. - Willingness to travel extensively across India. - 5+ years of marketing experience in the medical device industry. - Experience in handling digital marketing campaigns.,
