We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Marketing Manager to strengthen our brand, drive patient engagement, and expand our reach in the healthcare community.

Role Summary

The Marketing Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and monitoring marketing strategies across digital and offline platforms. This role requires strong networking skills, healthcare marketing knowledge, and the ability to generate measurable growth for the centre.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote clinic services.

Plan and execute digital campaigns (social media, SEO, Google Ads, email marketing).

Build referral networks with doctors, hospitals, schools, gyms, and corporates.

Organize health awareness programs, camps, and outreach events.

Design and oversee production of promotional materials (brochures, videos, posts).

Monitor, analyze, and report marketing performance.

Enhance patient engagement, feedback management, and brand reputation.

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (MBA preferred).

2–4 years of experience in healthcare/service marketing.

Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and analytics.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
