Marketing Manager

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement integrated marketing plans to support sales and business growth objectives.
• Create compelling marketing contentincluding website copy, blogs, case studies, presentations, and social media posts.
• Manage digital marketing initiatives, including SEO/SEM, email campaigns, and online advertising.
• Coordinate virtual and physical events such as webinars, conferences, and partner events.
• Analyze market trends, competitors, and customer insights to inform marketing strategies.
• Manage and optimize the companys website and digital presence.
• Oversee the development of marketing collateral and sales enablement tools.
• Collaborate closely with Sales, Product, and other teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding.
• Track, measure, and report on marketing performance and ROI.
• Manage relationships with external vendors, agencies, and partners as needed.

• Experience with digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot, LinkedIn Campaign Manager).

Bachelors or Masters degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. 58 years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in software or technology sectors.

Location

We have offices and satellite locations in Burlington, US and Bhopal, India.

We accept Sales and Marketing professionals in a hybrid work model, with regular in-person meetings as part of the role.
