Marketing Manager

Role Overview: You will be responsible for identifying, approaching, and onboarding new distributors, wholesalers, and retailers in the assigned territories. Your main focus will be to introduce the brand and products to the market, building brand visibility from scratch. Achieving sales targets through active fieldwork, retailer visits, and product placements will be crucial in this role. Additionally, driving product penetration in General Trade and exploring Modern Trade opportunities will be key responsibilities. Key Responsibilities: - Identify, approach, and onboard new distributors, wholesalers, and retailers in assigned territories. - Introduce the brand and products to the market, building brand visibility from scratch. - Achieve sales targets through active fieldwork, retailer visits, and product placements. - Drive product penetration in General Trade (kirana stores, supermarkets, local markets) and explore Modern Trade opportunities. - Ensure proper product display, stock availability, and in-store branding at retail outlets. - Gather real-time market feedback on competitors, pricing, schemes, and customer preferences. - Execute sampling drives, promotions, and customer engagement activities. Qualification Required: - Proven experience in sales and distribution in the FMCG industry. - Strong communication and negotiation skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Excellent market knowledge and understanding of customer preferences. - Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territories.,
