Job Description

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Beauty Advisor role located in Midnapore. The Beauty Advisor will be responsible for assisting customers with beauty product selections and providing skincare recommendations based on their needs. Daily tasks will include offering personalized customer service, applying knowledge of cosmetology to suggest products, managing retail sales, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.

Qualifications

Cosmetology skills to provide professional beauty and skincare advice
Strong Product Knowledge to recommend and apply the right products
Customer Service skills to create a positive shopping experience
Retail Sales skills to drive product sales and meet sales targets
Interest in Skin Care and ability to keep up with industry trends
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment
Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
