The Manager - Marketing will plan, develop, and implement marketing strategies that enhance brand visibility, market presence, and sales growth for the companys dairy and organic dairy products. The role involves end-to-end marketing management including product positioning, brand promotions, digital campaigns, and customer engagement.Reporting To: Managing Director / CEO / Head Sales & Marketing / General Manager/Business Head

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITY:

1. Marketing Strategy & Planning

  1. Develop and execute annual marketing plans for all dairy product lines milk, curd, ghee, paneer, butter, and organic dairy products.
  2. Identify target markets, product positioning, and pricing strategies aligned with company goals.
  3. Coordinate with the sales team to support business growth through promotional activities.

2. Brand Development & Promotion

  1. Build and strengthen the brand identity for the company’s dairy portfolio.
  2. Plan ATL & BTL campaigns including hoardings, retail branding, and media advertisements.
  3. Drive brand awareness through innovative marketing communication and packaging design.

3. Digital & Social Media Marketing

  1. Plan and manage digital campaigns across social media, Google, and e-commerce platforms.
  2. Develop engaging content and promotional materials (videos, graphics, influencer collaborations).
  3. Monitor campaign performance using analytics tools and optimize for ROI.

4. Market Research & Consumer Insights

  1. Conduct regular market surveys and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
  2. Gather consumer feedback to enhance product development and improve market acceptance.
  3. Recommend new product ideas or modifications based on insights.

5. Events, Activations & PR

  1. Organize product sampling, exhibitions, and promotional events in key markets.
  2. Build partnerships with retail chains, dairy outlets, and institutions.
  3. Coordinate with media, PR agencies, and creative teams for visibility campaigns.

6. Coordination & Reporting

  1. Work closely with production, sales, and distribution teams to ensure marketing alignment.
  2. Prepare marketing budgets, track spends, and report ROI to management.
  3. Present monthly and quarterly marketing performance reports.

DESIRED CANDIDATE :

Marketing, Business Administration, or Dairy Technology

MBA/PGDM in Marketing

5–10 years of experience

organic or premium dairy segment

FMCG/Dairy product marketing

digital marketing, branding, and product promotions

communication, creative, and analytical skills

MS Office, CRM, and marketing analytics tools

i. Ability to manage multiple campaigns and work cross-functionally.
