Our flagship project, Mountain Mist Coffee Estate, and a pipeline of upcoming states are redefining farmland investment in India. We are seeking a dynamic Investment Sales Manager who will drive investor subscriptions for SmartAgros fractional farmland projects. In this role, you will be the face of SmartAgro to potential investors educating them about our SPV model, building relationships, and guiding them through the decision-making process. This is not a typical pushy sales job; its a consultative role that requires empathy, credibility, and sharp financial acumen. Youll be instrumental in scaling a new asset class in India, working at the intersection of real estate, agriculture, and investment management.

complex concepts (SPV structure, profit sharing, exit process) in simple
terms, instilling confidence and addressing any misconceptions. Use our
sales materials (presentations, brochures, FAQ) to educate clients,
adopting a problem-solution approach rather than a product-pitchapproach.

calls, and site visits, making each interaction personalized. Listen
actively to understand client needs and tailor your communication e.g.,

consultant, not a generic salesperson.

able to simplify legal/financial jargon into clear benefits. Confidence in
public speaking (for webinars or events) is required.
