We are looking for an ambitious and goal-oriented Financial Consultant or Financial Advisor to join our team.

The Role: Financial Consultant / Financial Advisor


This is a key sales and client-facing role responsible for promoting and cross-selling a diverse portfolio of investment and financial products. You will be instrumental in new client acquisition and maintaining a healthy book of business for the branch.


Key Responsibilities


  • Client Acquisition:

    Responsible for

    New Client Prospecting

    through various channels, including cold-calling, securing appointments, and leveraging references.
  • Product Promotion & Sales:

    Promote investments in a comprehensive range of financial products, including

    Equity products, Currency, Mutual Funds, SIPs, Insurance, PMS, and Bonds

  • Cross-Selling:

    Actively engage in

    Cross Sell to existing clients

    to maximize client value and branch revenue.
  • Client Management:

    Maintain

    regular contacts

    with branch clients through telephone calls and meetings.
  • Investment Guidance:

    Explain the Company, its products & services to both existing clients and prospects.
  • Market Updates:

    Update clients with

    Research Reports

    on Equity, new MF Schemes, NFOs, IPOs, and market trends.
  • After-Sales Service:

    Provide after sales service, follow-up, and ensure strong

    client retention

    .
  • AUM Growth:

    Responsible for the

    maintenance and enhancement of the AUM

    (Assets Under Management) of the branch.
  • Administrative Support:

  • Assist clients in filling out investment application forms.
  • Assist team members in the Branch to

    close leads

    .
  • Support branch promotional activities.
  • Prepare daily sales report and send to Branch Head and Sales Manager.
  • Make prompt entries in the back office of business done by the branch in the Equity & Currency Segments.
Qualifications & Requirements
  • Experience:

    1+ years

    of experience.
  • Education:

    Minimum

    Graduation

    required.
  • Certification (Preferred):

    Possession of

    NISM-5

    (Mutual Fund Distributors Certification) is preferred.
  • Goal Focus:

    Strive towards achieving individual, branch, and organizational goals.
