About the Role:

We are looking for a strategic and performance-driven Marketing Manager to oversee and grow our D2C, eCommerce, and corporate sales channels. This role will be responsible for planning and executing multi-channel marketing strategies to boost online sales, improve customer acquisition, and drive corporate partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) Marketing

  • Develop and implement full-funnel D2C marketing strategies.
  • Manage brand campaigns across owned channels (email, SMS, website) to improve Visibility of Brand.
  • Lead loyalty programs, referral campaigns, and customer retention initiatives.

eCommerce Marketing & Sales

  • Own performance on platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, Nykaa, and brand-owned eStore.
  • Optimize product listings (SEO, copy, visuals, reviews).
  • Coordinate paid media strategies (PPC, display, sponsored product ads).
  • Track sales performance, conversions, and ROAS across platforms.

Corporate/B2B Sales & Marketing

  • Build and nurture relationships with corporate clients (salons, spas, wellness clinics, retail chains).
  • Create tailored marketing materials and proposals for B2B partners.
  • Plan corporate gifting campaigns and partnership outreach.
  • Work with product and ops teams for bulk/wholesale orders and onboarding.

Strategy, Analytics & Collaboration

  • Monitor KPIs (sales growth, B2B inquiries).
  • Analyze market trends, competitor moves, and customer behavior to refine marketing plans.
  • Collaborate with product, content, and creative teams to align messaging across channels.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
  • 4–8 years of marketing experience, preferably in D2C, eCommerce, or FMCG/beauty sectors.
  • Proven track record in driving eCommerce sales and performance marketing.
  • Experience in B2B or corporate sales (outreach, client management, presentations).
  • Strong analytical skills and comfort with data dashboards, Excel, and tools like Google Analytics.
  • Familiarity with eCommerce platforms (Shopify, Amazon Seller Central, Nykaa Seller Panel).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership abilities.

Nice to Have (Bonus):

  • Experience in skincare or wellness industry.
  • Exposure to CRM systems ,affiliate networks, or B2B marketplaces.
  • Digital ad experience (Meta, Google, LinkedIn Ads).
  • Strategic thinking combined with hands-on execution capability.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
