Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Marketing Manager located in Delhi/NCR & Chennai. The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive sales. Day-to-day tasks include managing marketing campaigns, conducting market research, overseeing social media presence, coordinating with sales teams, and analyzing marketing performance metrics to optimize campaigns. Sales & Marketing professional with 10+ Years of experience in Industrial sales. Experienced in Elastomer Adhesive, Silicone surfactants (Additive) for PU Industry, Specialty Chemicals, Carbon Black , Release agent & Coating for Polymer industry. Porducat and Raw Material like SBR, NBR, LLDP, HDPE etc., Geographically Business experience North & South India. B2B sales. Automotive OEM & other white goods industry exposure in product line. Identify and implement data-driven strategies and build genuine relationships lead to greater customer satisfaction.

• Excellent communication and coordination skills to work with sales teams
• Proficiency in social media management
• Ability to work on-site in Chennai
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
• Experience in the industrial chemicals sector is a plus
