Marketing Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement comprehensive
marketing strategies
across
ATL, BTL, and Digital
channels.
Plan, manage, and optimize
marketing budgets
, ensuring effective ROI on campaigns and user acquisition.
Oversee the execution of marketing campaigns, promotions, and events to strengthen brand visibility and engagement.
Coordinate with
creative, media, and outdoor agencies/vendors
for campaign planning and execution.
Build and manage
strategic partnerships
with corporates, educational institutions, and event organizers.
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and consumer insights to refine marketing strategies.
Lead, mentor, and motivate the
marketing team
to achieve business objectives and uphold brand integrity.
Develop consistent and impactful
brand messaging and positioning
across all communication channels.

Qualifications & Experience:

MBA/PGDM in Marketing
or equivalent qualification.
610 years
of experience in marketing, preferably in
mobility, FMCG, telecom, or startup sectors
.
Proven track record in
integrated marketing campaigns
and
digital marketing execution
.
Strong
analytical and strategic thinking
with a performance-oriented approach.
Excellent
communication, leadership, and stakeholder management
skills.
Ability to thrive in a
fast-paced and entrepreneurial environment
.
