We are seeking a passionate and results-driven Marketing Manager with experience in FMCG, Institutional Sales, or Specialty Products Sales. Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to boost sales and enhance brand visibility within the assigned region.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, institutions, and specialty product distributors.
Analyze market dynamics and trends to identify new opportunities and deliver actionable business insights.
Lead, motivate, and support the sales team to achieve and exceed performance targets.

Oversee the timely execution of marketing initiatives and promotional activities.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in FMCG, Institutional Sales, or Specialty Product Sales.
Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Analytical and data-driven mindset to support decision-making and strategy formulation.
