Marketing Management Trainee

- Prepare marketing & branding objectives - increase in brand awareness

- Analyse market trends and come up with new out of the box ideas for marketing & branding campaigns

- Create calendars for all activities and ensure adherence to the same

- Assist the team to make annual budgets

- To enable the creation of marketing and branding collaterals by the agency

- Edit and proof read all marketing and branding collaterals to drive accuracy and effectiveness

- Ensure excellent, timely, cost effective execution of marketing collaterals including brochures, sample folders, stall and exhibition preparedness etc.

- Proof reading of blogs, articles and manage SEO activities

-Measure performance of digital marketing efforts using a variety of Web analytics tools (Google Analytics, WebTrends etc).

- Website management with regular checks updation and checks

5) Management of Database marketing – Database mining, E-mail, SMS & Whatsapp campaigns including measurement of the same

6) use of innovative mediums on Youtube, GDN, Remarketing, Influencer Mktg etc to increase brand awareness

7) Coordination with Call Centre and CRM for lead management

- Prepare weekly reports of all activities, jobs with deadlines, schedules for completion

- Create purchase orders maintaining quotations,

- Contribute to budgeting and monitor expenses against the same

- Conduct verification of bills and assist Brand Manager in preparing payment schedules
